Jon Gunnar previously worked as a financial adviser to DnB NOR, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy (2002-2007), prior to which he was a director in the Corporate Finance department at Orkla Finans, which later became Enskilda Securities (1993-2002). He has been ranked the foremost financial sector analyst in Norway. Jon Gunnar holds an MBA from Northeastern University.

Bengt is a state authorized accountant and holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management.

Arne has 25 years of experience from the offshore industry where he has worked in a number of major offshore development projects – in the last 15 years mainly in managerial positions. He has held positions as Engineering Manager, Technical Advisor and Evaluation Leader for Major Contracts and has worked with a number of the major oil companies and contractors. From December 2005 and until April 2008, he worked in Kaupthing Corporate Finance with share issues, IPO’s, M&A activities and other related activities. He holds an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology and a B.Ba from BI.

Einar is educated at Oslo University as cand.jur. in 1987. He has worked as attorney-at-law in the law firm Wiersholm and at the Oslo Stock Exchange, and as a partner in the law firm Wikborg Rein from 1993 to 2007. From 2008 he was an independent strategic advisor/attorney-at-law, as well as a board member and investor. He has extensive experience from all kind of corporate transactions nationally and internationally including M&A, ECM/DCM and refinancing/restructuring. In addition to his extensive experience as attorney-at-law, Einar has served on several boards, both as chairman and board member, in public and private companies.

TC has extensive structuring and execution experience from the Norwegian equity and International debt markets. Since the initiation of Arctic Securities he has focused on project financing, and has amongst other projects, been responsible for the USD 820 mln financing of the Brazilian Etesco VIII drillship. TC’s primary industrial focus areas are offshore and shipping. He holds a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University, Milan.

Hans Inge is part of the Project Finance team in Arctic where he has main focus on Brasil (2009 – today). Prior to joining Arctic, he was Vice President in GE Transportation Finance, responsible for structuring financing of offshore Oil & Gas projects on a global basis (2008-2009). As Head of Oil & Gas in the lending division at Eksportfinans, he was in charge of all customers engaged in Oil & Gas business including vendors, international banks and various ECAs (2004- 2008). Hans Inge also worked for Innovation Norway (Norwegian Trade Council) in Houston, Miami and Chile, assisting Norwegian companies in entering the US and Latin American markets in the Oil & Gas and Aqua Culture sectors (1998-2004). He established and was responsible for the DnB NOR rep office in Santiago (2001-2004). Hans Inge has a BSc in Engineering and is a Certified European Financial Analyst.
