When advising on a transaction, our team will guide clients through the process providing deep knowledge of local market rules and structured process management as well as broad equity marketing capacity.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Our service within M&A includes advice on acquisitions, divestments and mergers. When advising on M&A processes, we are helping clients find creative solutions that will optimise their long-term value creation. We offer advice from the strategic decision process and target search, all the way through to signing of transactional documents.
